Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We understand how important it is to receive your order on time, and we’re here to help. Most orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check the delivery timeframe provided during checkout.

  2. Look out for any delivery notification emails or messages with tracking information.

  3. If the delivery window has passed, please contact us with your order number, name, and delivery address, and our team will look into it immediately.

    We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Yes, we do deliver on public holidays!

However, please note that our operating hours are shorter on these days. we’re open from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Orders placed during this time are processed and dispatched as usual, but slight delays may occur depending on courier availability. For time-sensitive deliveries, we recommend placing your order in advance or contacting us directly for confirmation.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

Yes, we offer countrywide delivery! To confirm if we deliver to your specific postcode or area, simply reach out to us with your location details and our team will be happy to assist.

In most cases, we can arrange delivery through our trusted courier partners, no matter where you are in Kenya.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We do offer next-day delivery for most orders placed within Nairobi and nearby areas. However, next-day delivery depends on:

  • Product availability

  • Order confirmation time

  • Delivery location

To qualify for next-day delivery, please place your order before 3:00 PM on a working day. For upcountry deliveries, shipping typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.If you're unsure, feel free to contact us and we'll confirm the fastest delivery option for your order.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

We always recommend that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order. However, if you're unavailable, you can:

  • Authorize someone else to receive the package on your behalf

  • Let us know in advance where to leave the item safely (if applicable and secure)

Our delivery team may contact you during delivery to confirm any special instructions. For safety and tracking purposes, we prefer to have a signed confirmation whenever possible.

No typography, no colors, no layout, no styles, all those things that convey the important signals that go beyond the mere textual, hierarchies of information, weight, emphasis, oblique stresses, priorities, all those subtle cues that also have visual and emotional appeal to the reader.
